There are many market demands for an automatic welding monitoring solution, but as the existing solution applied an expensive infrared camera system, it had a great burden to introduce in the field. Accordingly, we proceeded with commercialization in consideration of the demands of the field and the unit price of the smart welding machine
Due to the high demand for analysis and evaluation of the productivity of the welding process in the field, it was built as a web environment, and the cloud system was applied to make a solution in a form where the manager can also check the productivity of the welding process.
